Permanent Residence Permit for Non-E.U. Investors in Cyprus

Third country nationals can obtain a Permanent Residence Permit in Cyprus and enjoy Cyprus’ quality of living, the exceptional Education System, Health Care System and access to all embassies located in the island.

Cyprus Citizenship

Temporary Residence Permit

Other Immigration Permits

  • Categories A – D: Third country nationals can apply obtain immigration Permit in the Republic of Cyprus if they intent to work as self-employed in agriculture, cattle breeding, bird breeding, fish culture, mining enterprises, in trade or science, provided that they have in their possession relative permits, academic or professional qualifications, as well as a capital between €260.000 – €430.000 (depending on the category), and such employment should not negatively affect the general economy of the Republic.
  • Category E: Persons who have been offered permanent employment in the Republic, which will not create undue local competition. In this case the Employer needs to have a license to employee third country nationals and a permit to employee the applicant by the Labour office.
  • Category F: Persons who possess and have fully and freely at their disposal a secured annual income, high enough to give them a decent living in Cyprus, without having to engage in any business, trade, or profession.

Registration of EU Citizens and Family Members

  • Citizens of the European Union.
  • Family Members of European Union Citizens that are not E.U. Citizens.
  • Permanent Residence of Union Citizens and their Family Members.
